The beans are carefully roasted, each variety separately and to a medium intensity. This gives them a gourmet fragrance, mixing chocolate aromas. 

The result? A full-bodied, slightly acidic coffee, with delicate notes of bread and hazelnut, all topped with a fine and creamy cream.
